Established in 1912, this office has evolved through five generations of partners, maintaining a tradition of professionalism and the highest ethical standards whilst adapting to the changing needs of clients. This provides a firm foundation of experience on which the practice bases its pursuit of architecture, urban design and town planning at the leading edge. The firm operates from its own building in Cape Town. designed to provide a stimulating and efficient working environment, the offices also offer the flexibility to accommodate individual working teams specific to each project. This firm is registered with the South African Council for Architects and all senior staff are voluntary members of the South African Institute of Architects. Individual membership of the Royal Institute of British Architects provides access to an extensive body of international knowledge. The firm employs approximately 20 technical staff (depending on project requirements), including more than 10 qualified, registered architects and a qualified urban design and town planning associate. These resources, together with the support of six administrative staff and advanced cad and i.t. systems, enables the practice to successfully undertake commissions for large-scale projects.

They will be happy to accommodate you on all their projects that they are busy with at the moment and will encourage you to work as part of the team. Moreover, projects will be set up for you according to your knowledge, skills, university requirements and interest.
